Carole Bullion-Mincy started a career in Real Estate as a Michigan licensee in 1985 and soon joined Earl Keim Realty as a Closing Secretary until 1988 when she joined Classic Construction as a Closing Director.
She began her Title career in 1991 at Metropolitan Title Company in Howell, Michigan as an Escrow Officer / Closer. She also worked for Fidelity National Title and The Title Office, both in Brighton, Michigan before becoming the Vice President of Operations for Stewart Title Agency in Southfield, Michigan in 1999. A short 18 months later she was elevated to President of Stewart Title Michigan, overseeing operations for their 11 offices and reporting to company headquarters in Houston, TX.
She left Stewart Title in 2003 to open her own title agency, Classic Title in Brighton, Michigan until 2010 when a competitor, Liberty Title, purchased her company and hired her as their Business Developer / Trainer where she still consults and is employed.
Carole started teaching Continuing Education for Real Estate licensees of Michigan 25 years ago and has an active following with full classes throughout the years. She is a national public speaker, with venues including the American Land Title Association where, as an ethics committee member, she co-wrote their national ethics program and presented it to a U.S. House of Representatives Congressional Committee in 2006.
Carole authored the book, "Dark Side of the Closing Room" in 2006, published and available through Amazon. She has been consulted as a professional witness for several high-profile title cases, one which is currently working it's way to the Ohio State Supreme Court as of this writing (2023).
